{"id":5159,"date":"2020-12-03T10:25:16","date_gmt":"2020-12-03T09:25:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greindlkoeck.at\/?p=5159"},"modified":"2020-12-03T10:25:16","modified_gmt":"2020-12-03T09:25:16","slug":"neu-zulassung-von-ausnahmen-von-der-wochenend-und-feiertagsruhe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.greindlkoeck.at\/en\/neu-zulassung-von-ausnahmen-von-der-wochenend-und-feiertagsruhe\/","title":{"rendered":"NEW: Permission of Exceptions from Weekend and Holiday Rest"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On November 27, 2020 the Austrian\u00a0Federal Minister of Labour, Family and Youth issued a regulation allowing <u>exceptions to weekend and holiday rest<\/u> in connection with protective measures against COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p>Beyond the current limits of weekend and holiday rest, employees might be employed for <u>delivery services<\/u> in the grocery trade as well as drugstores until 10 p.m. on Saturdays, and for <u>goods transport\/deliveries to customers<\/u> of the same trading units (grocery trade\/drugstores) until 10 p.m. on Saturdays.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDelivery service\u201d also includes the receipt, processing and sending of orders as well as the commissioning of goods and the handing over of goods to deliverers.<\/p>\n<p>Employees may only be employed during weekend and holiday rest if these activities <u>cannot be performed before or after<\/u> this time.
