Attention! Parental part time work extended to up to the age of 8 – for notifications from November 1st, 2023
Important for employers: The time frame for parental part-time work has now been extended to up until the child’s eighth birthday. This affects both the “large” parental part-time work and the “small” parental part-time work by agreement. This includes all cases in which the employer is notified of the intention to take parental part-time work from November 1st, 2023.
(Please note, however, that only a maximum of 7 years may be taken in total – calculation not entirely trivial)
