Disability Compensation 2020

For 2020, the amount to be paid for each disabled employee who should have been employed, is set as follows:

For Employers

• with 25 to 99 employees 267 Euro per month,
• with 100 to 399 employees 375 Euro per month and
• for employers with 400 or more employees, 398 Euro per month.

The Disability Compensation Tax is paid to the Federal Office of Social Affairs and Disabled Persons (Bundesamt für Soziales und Behindertenwesen) annually for the previous calendar year and is prescribed by administrative decision.
